(G.N.S) Dt. 01 New Delhi The Supreme Court has reprimanded some states for not forming solid waste management policy. The Supreme Court has banned construction activities till these policies are in place in these states. The bench of Justice Madan B Lokur and Justice S Abdul Nazir also imposed fine
