(GNS)Dt.03 New Delhi India has signed the S-400 Surface to Air Missile System with Russia. Russia will start delivering the first squadron of missile from October 2020. Delivery of all five squadrons will be done till April 2023. Minister of State for Defense Subhash Bhamre said in the Lok Sabha,
