(G.N.S) Dt. 17 Mumbai In early trade, the rupee fells by 28 paise to 71.88 against the US dollar on Tuesday. The main reason for this is the increased demand for the dollar. According to currency traders, crude oil prices have continued to rise after drone strikes on oil wells
