(G.N.S) Dt. 13 New Delhi In midst of heavy violence in the Northeast, President Ram Nath Kovind approved the Citizenship Amendment Bill-2019, the very next day after he passed from the Rajya Sabha. With this, it became law and paved the way for granting Indian citizenship to minority refugees from Pakistan, Afghanistan
