(G.N.S) Dt. 20 Mangaluru With anew hope of relief from summer and drought conditions, pre-monsoon rains started in many parts of Karnataka with cool breeze winds. With almost all surface water bodies going dry including the Netravathi, people hope the rains would continue and improve water availability. Mangaluru City Corporation
