(G.N.S) Dt. 09 New Delhi Petrol and diesel prices are not reducing since the government has decreased excise duty. People do not see the possibility of relief from rising prices. On Tuesday, oil prices have increased once again. Today, the price of petrol in Delhi has increased by 23 paise
