Madras HC notice to TN govt on plea seeking for reservation of transgender in govt jobs

(G.N.S) Dt. 11 Chennai Madras high court has ordered notice to Tamilnadu state government on a plea seeking to provide special reservation for the transgender community in appointments made to government posts.Justice S Vimala passed the order on the plea moved by P Sudha, a transsexual and resident of Chennai.
