(G.N.S) Dt. 31 New Delhi Due to the strengthening of the dollar on international level, the decline continues in Indian currency. On Friday, the rupee reached near Rs 71 for the first time. There is a continuing decline in the Indian Rupee. Indian rupee plunged by 21 paise to 70.95
