(G.N.S) Dt. 11 Mumbai Public Health Department of State has issued guidelines that no doctor or physician can refuse treatment of victims of sexual harassment and acid attacks. In case of immediate and free treatment, the FIR will be lodged against the concerned doctor or hospital under section 166 (b)
