(G.N.S) Dt. 14 Chennai DMK President MK Stalin said for projects under the Smart City Mission and for those with World Bank support, M-sand was used though river sand was mentioned in tenders. He demanded a probe into the use of M-sand by the Greater Chennai Corporation in laying footpaths.
