(G.N.S) Dt. 14 Shimla Himachal Pradesh’s capital Shimla, which had experienced a particularly parched summer this year, today witnessed the highest rainfall for August in 117 years, the weather office said. On Monday Shimla received the highest rainfall it has recorded in August in 117 years after 172.6 mm rain
