(G.N.S) Dt. 19 Kampala At least 20 people were died and dozens injured after a oil tanker caught fire in western Uganda, police said. Quoting the police, Local Media reported that the oil tanker caught fire in western Ruburizi district of Uganda when it was on its way from Kenya
