Delhi HC gives 4 months time to CBI for completing investigation in bribery case involving Rakesh Asthana

(G.N.S) Dt. 31 New Delhi Delhi High Court has given four months time more to CBI investigating bribery case involving the agency’s then special director Rakesh Asthana and others. In January, the High Court had directed CBI to complete its investigation on the case within ten weeks noting that the
