Congress Ex MLA from Talala, Bhagabhai Barad, moved to Gujarat HC against disqualification

(G.N.S) Dt. 13 Ahmedabad Bhagabhai Barad, former MLA of Congress from Talala has reached to Gujarat High Court against his disqualification as legislator by the Gujarat assembly speaker, following his conviction in a mineral theft case. Barad also challenged the election commission’s decision to hold a byelection for the seat.
