(G.N.S) Dt. 26 Chennai Chennai Traffic Police has ordered regional transport offices (RTO) in Chennai to suspend licences of arround 61,504 traffic violators. Jumping red light, drunken driving, over-speeding, overloading, carrying passengers in goods carriages and using mobile phones while driving are some of the offences which have invited trouble
