(G.N.S) Dt. 11 New Delhi Health and Family Welfare Ministry said on Tuesday that the HIV AIDS (Prevention and Control) Act 2017 has been implemented. The Ministry said in an order, using the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Human Immunodeficiency Virus and Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome
