BJP stars countering freebies of Delhi government by its bait of regularizing colonies

With the Centre announcing to regularize unauthorized colonies to counter freebies announced by the Delhi government in the city like free water, free electricity and free transport to women, the BJP leaders have started visiting these colonies to win them over for possible January-February 2020 Assembly elections in the state.
