(G.N.S) Dt. 23 Guwahati 644 militants from eight banned outfits in Assam surrendered on Thursday with 177 weapons, in the presence of CM Sarbananda Sonowal. Police said members of ULFA (I), NDFB, RNLF, KLO, CPI (Maoist), NSLA, ADF and NLFB surrendered in the presence of Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal
