(G.N.S) Dt. 01 Lucknow After a very senior officer Juthika Patankar (IAS: 1988: UP), another IAS officer Vikas Gothalwal (IAS: 2003: UP) has sought VRS citing personal reasons. Gothanwal is on study leave at the moment and has given health as the reason for seeking VRS.
