(G.N.S) Dt. 27 Gangtok Prem Singh Tamang, popularly known as P.S. Golay, Sikkim Krantikari Morcha (SKM) president, took oath as the Chief Minister of Sikkim. He was administered the oath by Governor Ganga Prasad at Paljor Stadium here. Mr. Golay is not a member of the State Assembly at present
