(G.N.S) Dt. 8 Mumbai In today’s early trade the Indian rupee rises up by 13 paise at 71.32 against the US Dollar after the Reserve Bank of India cut the repo rate and changed its policy stance to ‘neutral’. At the Interbank Foreign Exchange, the rupee opened higher at 71.37
