(G.N.S, Kamran Rashid Bhat Dt. 6) Srinagar A youth allegedly tortured by army in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Monday is the brother of a soldier who has been reportedly detained along with two colleagues for “involvement” in the abduction and killing of fellow soldier Aurangzeb by militants last year.
