(G.N.S) Dt. 06 New Delhi The Election Commission has enacted several new rules for the forthcoming assembly elections. The Commission has enacted rules to eliminate all the possibilities of disturbing candidates with a clear background and polling. In assembly elections, this time candidates will have to submit certificate of ‘no-dues’
