(G.N.S) Dt. 15 New Delhi India has committed to export 14-16 lakh bales cotton to various countries in September, whereas in September last year, only about 7 lakh bales were traded. A bale contains 170 kilograms of cotton. According to Atul Ganatra, head of the Cotton Association of India (CAI),
