(G.N.S) Dt. 24 Chennai The Supreme Court of India has ordered to Tamilnadu state government that the water level at the Mullaperiyar reservoir to be maintained at 139 feet until August 31 in view of the Kerala floods. The SC also directed the Tamilnadu government and Kerala governments to cooperate
