(G.N.S) Dt. 23 Chennai 3 monkeys were rescued from captivity after apparently being tortured to perform a begging routine on Marina Beach, foresters who rescued them. The rescued animals, bonnet macaques around eight months old, are recuperating at the forest department range office in Velachery after forest officials removed wires
