(G.N.S) Dt. 21 New Delhi Supreme Court of India on Tuesday held that NOTA (none of the above) option cannot be allowed in Rajya Sabha Elections. The top court said the option is only available in direct elections. The Bench held that it can be permissible only in direct elections.
