(G.N.S) Dt. 24 Ranchi Former captain of Indian cricket team Mahendra Singh Dhoni has became the highest individual tax payer in Jharkhand for the 2017-18 fiscal, The officials in Income Tax department said. Mahendra Singh Dhoni, the Indian wicket-keeper and batsman too has paid 12.17 crore income tax in 2017-18,
