(G.N.S) Dt. 25 Varanasi A private tutor was arrested by police for allegedly raping a minor girl after a video of sexual assault of the girl went viral in Revati area of Ballia district on Sunday. An FIR was lodged against the teacher under section 376 (rape), 506 (criminal intimidation)
