(G.N.S) Dt. 01 Chennai Two construction workers died and two others sustained grievous injuries after balcony slabs came crashing down from the third floor of a building under construction on Spurtank Road on Wednesday evening. A silt plus three-storeyed hotel is being constructed in an area spanning over 30,000 sq.ft
