(G.N.S) dt. 06 Chandigarh The Punjab government has appointed Vijay Kumar Janjua (IAS: 1989: PB) as Chief Secretary to the state and in addition Principal Secretary, Department of Personnel and Vigilance.Anirudh Tewari (IAS: 1990: PB) has been posted as Director General, Mahatma Gandhi State Institute of Public Administration.
