(G.N.S) Dt. 17 New Delhi B Anand (IAS:1987:TN) was on Thursday assigned with the additional charge of Secretary, National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC) from 17.12.2020 to 31.12.2020 during the period of absence of Sushil Kumar (IAS:1987:TR). Anand currently serves as Secretary, National Commission for Minorities (NCM).
