(G.N.S) Dt. 1 Visakhapatnam A Maoist, carrying a reward of Rs 4 lakh on his head has been arrested by the Vizag Rural Police. They also seized a weapon and some explosive materials from the Maoist. The arrested Maoist has been identified as 31-year-old Gemmeli Kamesh alias Hari alias Malathi
