(G.N.S) Dt. 03 Surat Liquor Ban In Gujarat. A video of BJP councilor Piyush Shiv Shaktiwala drinking and dancing with his friends has surfaced in Surat Mahanagar Palika. The councilor says he has a medical permit to drink alcohol, but Mayor Jagdish Patel has called it a work against morality.
