Home Ministry sent mercy petition of ‘Nirbhaya’ culprit Mukesh to Rashtrapati Bhavan

(G.N.S) Dt. 17 New Delhi After the curative petition was rejected, Mukesh, a convict of Nirbhaya Gangrape, filed a mercy petition. According to the rules, his mercy petition was sent to the Union Home Ministry. According to sources, on Thursday night Mukesh’s mercy petition has been sent to Rashtrapati Bhavan.
