(G.N.S) Dt. 16 Mumbai The rupee strengthened by seven paise to 70.75 per dollar in early trade on Thursday due to easing trade tensions between the US and China. The US and China signed the first phase of the trade agreement on Wednesday. The local currency opened at Rs 70.80
