(G.N.S) Dt. 13 New Delhi/Tokyo The uproar in the Northeast against the citizenship law has also affected the India-Japan summit. The India-Japan summit to be held in Guwahati has been postponed. Japanese PM Shinzo Abe was to attend this meeting. Abe had plans to visit India from 15th to 17th December for an annual summit
