(G.N.S) Dt. 11 Chennai Former Chief Election Commissioner TN Seshan died at the age of 86. Seshan breathed his last in Chennai. He was the 10th Chief Election Commissioner of India. He held this position from 12 December 1990 to 11th December 1996. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has tweeted that
