(G.N.S) Dt. 26 Bathinda A 25-year-old man was found dead near a waste dump in Kotkapura. It is suspected Balwinder Singh, a resident of the town’s Jiwan Nagar, died of a drug overdose, but police have said this will be confirmed only after the postmortem report reaches them. A video
