(G.N.S) Dt. 26 Panaji A 65 year old man from Panaji, native of Maharashtra was arrested by police with possession of narcotic substance suspected to be Ganja worth two lakh rupees, police said they received information that a person would strike a deal with a prospective customer in the city,
