(G.N.S) Dt. 29 Agartala The Tripura government appointed Amitabh Ranjan (IPS: 1988: Tripura) as the new Director General of Police (DGP) of Tripura. He is currently on central deputation and posted as the Special Director of Intelligence Bureau (IB) in New Delhi.
