(G.N.S Kamran Rashid Bhat) Dt. 25 Jammu Satya Pal Malik Governor of Jammu and kashmir has paid floral tribute to slain Deputy Superintendent of Police Aman Kumar Thakur, who was killed in an encounter with militants in Kashmir’s Kulgam district yesterday, during a wreath laying ceremony in Jammu.
