(G.N.S) Dt. 31 Hubballi Ex-JD(S) MLA and son of former Karnataka Chief Minister, the late S Bangarappa, Madhu Bangarappa has officially joined the Congress party in the presence of the party’s state in-charge Randeep Singh Surjewala, Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee president D K Shivakumar and Congress Legislative Party leader Siddaramaiah.
