(G.N.S) Dt. 31 New Delhi In view of continuing violence and a marathon meeting of Union Home Minister Amit Shah in Manipur, the Centre has transferred Rajiv Singh (IPS: 1993: TR), IGP CRPF, to the Manipur cadre for a period of three years. Earlier the Centre also replaced state Chief Secretary Dr Rajeev Kumar (IAS:1988:MN) with Vineet Joshi
